Newsletter - Issue 4

I’m writing this particular newsletter to let you guys know about the next officer meeting with Dr. Parker. As you know, because of the last meeting and the input from everyone that attended, we were able to get 5 more spots in the lower lot, so we really can make changes.

According to the memo Dr. Parker sent us, the agenda for this meeting, which is scheduled for Tuesday, December 10, is as follows:

1. School atmosphere and your perceptions regarding school safety and order
2. Student Parking
3. The credit / attendance policy and its impact pn students
4. Class rank and a possible change to a GPA decile system
5. Internet use at NHS
6. Student use of the upper library area and A140

If anybody has an idea for another topic, or would like to voice their opinion on any of the ones listed above, just reply to this email or talk to one of the officers.

Also, we want to know what you guys want to do for Senior Week. We have some money to blow and we want to do it the best way possible. Unfortunately this excludes trips to foreign countries, but there's still plenty of stuff to do. So far we have a Cruise of the harbor planned as well as a class picnic.

By the way, the Online Class Calendar is up, which you can access from the class website. If anyone wants to post something just let one of the officers know, and we'll get it up.
